Your responsibilities

• Central point of contact (B2B)
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys
• Make and follow-up quotations 
• Administrative duties 
• Manage tickets in our CRM system

Qualifications

• Higher aducation or equivalent ability 
• You like to help customers and/or have experience with customer contact
• You speak and write fluently Dutch, English (French is a plus)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge of fruit is a plus
• You live in or near Amsterdam
